By accessing and using DataSales.ai ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Service operated by Venture AI Labs Pty Ltd ("we," "us," or "our").

DataSales.ai is a marketplace platform that facilitates the buying and selling of AI training datasets. Our service includes:

• Dataset discovery and search functionality
• Secure payment processing
• Data quality validation and verification
• User account management
• Customer support services

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Updating your account information as necessary

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

When purchasing datasets through our platform:

• All sales are final once the dataset is downloaded
• Pricing is clearly displayed before purchase
• Payment is processed securely through our payment partners
• Licensing terms are specified for each dataset
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious content or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Venture AI Labs Pty Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded datasets and content, but grant us a license to host and distribute their content according to the terms they specify.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data and comply with applicable data protection laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venture AI Labs Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may continue to access previously purchased datasets according to their licensing terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
